Bro i am using sony vaio vpceh35en laptop 2gb ram gb hard drive and iM 2. I am planning to upgrade ram till 8gb.. Please tell me which cpu upgradation would be better i5 2nd gen or i7 2nd gen? And will it be compatible with the motherboard or not?

Remove the remaining Phillips-head screws securing the motherboard cover to the laptop base.

Disconnect the two ribbon cables and the two wire latches from the Vaio's mother board. Use a flat-head screwdriver to remove the motherboard covering from the laptop base. Remove the cover and set it to the side.

This will expose all of the interior components of your laptop. Remove the three Phillips-head screws securing the heat sink to the laptop motherboard. Note that one of the screws is spring-loaded. The heat sink is a large metal piece with a long piece of copper extending out of it.
