I've tried picking up prescriptions on 2 different occasions and had issues both times. The first time, they couldn't find anything under my name. After pulling up my confirmation emails on my phone and telling them that I have 3 to pick up; they finally found 2 of them. I had to wait another 5 minutes for them to find the 3rd. This second and last! I just said "forget it. I won't be back". The guy that works the window same guy both times is so void of personality making him seem unfriendly and unsympathetic that it's hard to deal with him anyways.

I do not recommend using this location; which is a shame because it's on the way home from work. I may be switching from Walgreens altogether.
